Carrollton, Tex.— TT Electronics OPTEK Technology has developed a rugged Hall-effect sensor capable of delivering accurate position sensing over a wide range of temperatures, including the most severe environmental and temperature conditions, and operating over a broad range of supply voltages, which makes them suitable for military and space applications. The bipolar latching sensors, designated the OMH3075B and OMH3075S series, contain a Hallogic monolithic integrated circuit, which incorporates a Hall element, a linear amplifier, and Schmitt trigger on a single silicon chip
